Party Wall Services & Building Control Package 

We are excited to see construction underway at one of our projects in Padstow.

Form have been involved from the projects infancy, our clients have enlisted our services for Party Wall notices and for the engineering design (conception to completion stages). We are also retained for construction support now that the project is underway.

For the Party Wall services we reviewed the existing and proposed site plans and were able to determine that the works fell within the realm of the Party Wall Act 1996. We were therefore engaged as the party wall surveyor. We liaised with the neighbouring property owner and their surveyor to make sure the necessary notices were served, a schedule of condition was prepared and all agreements were in place with all parties prior to any excavation works commencing.

For the engineering services, working alongside the architects and contractors we have provided the necessary site meetings, technical design, mark ups and calculations at different stages of the design process. Through the construction support stage we are on hand for any questions from the contractors or amendments necessary.
